I’m a lifelong sports fan, and I’ve joined numerous fantasy leagues in several sports. (You can usually find my team near the bottom of the standings of my fantasy leagues!) When I’m not working, you can find me watching NASCAR, enjoying the outdoors (hiking, etc.), and wondering if the Texas Rangers will ever make the playoffs.

I consider myself a computer and sports junkie, and I’m fascinated by “what-if” scenarios. As a fierce competitor, I relish the opportunities BlueNewtSPORTS gives me to prove all the naysayers (Brandon) wrong and to show myself I can still win! THE ULTIMATE VIRTUAL SPORTING EXPERIENCE
BlueNewtSPORTS is a virtual fantasy experience that allows you to manage and coach your own sports franchise, pitting your team against other users’ teams in hopes of claiming victory. Like all fantasy sports, BlueNewt lets you obsess over strategy and statistics, trash talk your competitors, and gloat over hard-earned victories. But unlike traditional fantasy sports, BlueNewtSPORTS is based on virtual players—so you can play all year round. Ready to try it? 
How it works: BlueNewtSPORTS challenges you to build successful teams in simulated sports leagues. Each of our players has talent ratings in various categories, so you can estimate how well each player will perform. Build a team using your preferred strategy, and see how your team fares against others in your league. We simulate races/games daily, giving you a chance to check your team's results every day. BlueNewtSPORTS simulations run year-round, so no sport is ever out of season.
BlueNewtSPORTS will eventually include multiple sporting experiences. We’ve already launched auto racing. Basketball and baseball are coming soon.
HISTORY of BlueNewtSPORTS
BlueNewtSPORTS is the invention of two friends, Brandon Clifton and Jerry Leisure—both lifelong lovers of sports, video games, and anything else that brings out their competitive spirits. Brandon and Jerry met in high school and became friends as they ran track, played basketball, and played video games together (remember Team USA Basketball on the old Sega Genesis?). They each eventually became fans of fantasy sports, and they often asked themselves what the fantasy experience would be like if they didn’t have to rely on real players or wait for the outcomes of real games. In 2010, they created BlueNewtSPORTS to answer that question.
